Make Your Home Cheaper to Heat

Save on your heating bills

About a third of a home’s heat is lost through the walls. Therefore, it's very important to install insulation to retain this heat. Generally, 90’s onwards houses will have had insulation installed whilst been built. Older houses, generally built between 1920 and 1982 will have a cavity wall without insulation in it.

We can install cavity wall insulation and often the funding we receive will cover all the costs of the install. We use the best materials and all work comes with a 20 year guarantee.

Our expert surveyors will be able to talk you through the process and look after your install for you from start to finish. Loft insulation is also an important measure to install - more than often houses have certain depth of insulation rolled out in between or on top of the joists. It depends on the depth of this insulation as to whether it requires a top up. Generally, if its less than 100mm deep it will need an extra layer on top to help keep your heat in.
